add "special" to sections list in Synaptic

Title says most of it. According to a post in the pclos forum, I
need to add "special" to the sections list. I can't figure out how to
do this. I have looked in Google, which has some info for debian's
version of synaptic, but that doesn't tell me how to edit the sections list--it just basically says you can. I need to add special so as to
find sudo in the installable files list, or so the pclos forum says.
(Synaptic in pclos looks just a tiny bit different than the illustration for debian I found in Google.)

I did not know that you could add to the "List". You can add a "filter" that adds itself to the bottom (where Sections, Status, Origin, etc. are). Might that be what they mean?

SOLVED: add "specia"l in synaptic

I found out what I needed to know: To add "special" in synaptic, you need to go to Settings>Repositories and add
the word special to the end of the repository listing that you're using. Then you have access to programs that
may not show up without special. sudo is one of those programs which is not readily available in pclos but can
be found and used. For some reason, the devs at pclos think it's too dangerous to use, but I have never found it so.
