Exclamation Add id3 tag/ info to .wav files

Hello!
I am looking for a way to add id3 tags to .wav files. I need to do this so that amarok can add all my .wav files to the library/ collection. I don't want to convert to any lossy format. Does any body know of any way of adding id3 information to .wav files? Or a way to get amarok to accept .wav files into the collection? Of course, this must be done with Linux! So no Windows stuff! (Did I really need to say that ).

Thanks!

I do not think standard allows tagging wav files. Use FLAC, it's lossless - still saving some disk space compared to wav.

http://flac.sourceforge.net/faq.html#general__tagging
http://easytag.sourceforge.net/

These two Google searches took less than 2 min. Next time you can do it yourself, will give you instant results.
