A good backup tool?

Hi!

I am in need of a good simple backup tool. Preferably just a frontend to tar/gzip.

Take a look at the screenshots below:
www cyd.liu.se/~matny277/backuptool/index.html

I would be very pleased if anyone could recommend a program that works similar to what is described in the screenshots.
