A. I installed wine with 64-bit, i.e.
- Cloned the wine git
- Made 2 subdirs, wine-build &wine32-build
- made the 64 bit (using --libdir=/usr/lib64)
- Built the 32-bit with no libdir option & --with-wine64=../wine-buil
- Installed them both into the same DESTDIR
- Made a slackware package with makepkg
Is that kosher? One 32bit app started throwing major errors, but the rest are ok.
B. The must-have package I went to all this trouble for shipped half a linux distro with it:-/ .It has the following directories in 'bin64'
- cygwin
- gnu (just gzip)
- perl
- python
- tcl4.0
- tk4.0
- tcl8.6
- tk8.6
- qt
- jre64
Does such a piece of crap have ant chance of working?
