Hi guys,
Need help installing Sarg via terminal. when i type yum install sarg it gives the following;

Loaded plugins: refresh-packagekit
Could not retrieve mirrorlist http://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/mir...a-10&arch=i386 error was
[Errno 4] IOError: <urlopen error (-2, 'Name or service not known')>
Error: Cannot retrieve repository metadata (repomd.xml) for repository: fedora. Please verify its path and try again

Also, this box is seating behind an existing Fedora 8, is thisalso why i cannot yum install?

How can i get sarg install via terminal?

i believe others also you cant install , not only sarg
i sure issue with dns, try yum info sarg or try install openssl or anything
or try some other time , maybe some issue in the repo server this thing sometime can happen

best = yum check-update

Thanks again it was the resolv.conf i had to edit to get it going, thanks again.
Now my SARG seems ok but it is not generating any reports....

erm sorry i not sure how to deal with sarg, since i myself not
using squid on my network

some other forumer here who really good in sarg to assist you with this

btw try have a look in /var/log/messages
if any error related with that sarg while executed
