What does it mean: Attempt to load non-existent block-major-###

From time to time we see this error in our system monitoring application. It doesn't pertain to any server in particular but usually happens after upgrading the snmp service from the default to SystemEDGE from Concord. The number has been different from time to time but right now it is 43. It has been 25, 112, 111, 110, what-have-you.

I've found very little information via Google on how to track it down. I see similar threads here but nothing that is really applicable. Can anyone explain how I can track this down? The one we are seeing right now is likely a result of a 25GB file being copied over to the server that is alerting with it.
