Please specify what version of LDAP you are using in your reply.

For starters, you will need to do some research on 'LDAP replication'. If using OpenLDAP you should read this page to get some ideas.

Yes I'm using an OpenLDAP many thanks, but do I must change the smb.conf on the pdc and 4 bdc servers. passdb backend = ldapsam:ldap://10.0.0.230 where 10.0.0.230 is IP on the master ldap server
the slave's ldap server IP is 10.0.0.231. Samba has not supported already multiple backends. Do I must manualy change the 230 with 231?

Since you already have a master and slave LDAP server setup, all you really need now is a method to keep them in sync and have automatic failover. The Linux-HA project has a program called Heartbeat designed specifically for such a situation. Haven't used it myself (yet) so can't give you much help on setting it up other than links to websites that have info on how to setup Heartbeat.
