[SOLVED] VSFTPD restriction on .gif, or other images

VSFTPD , server is not blocking the image uploading , how to restrict image or some specific files extension to not upload via FTP server in REDHAT .

its not working , its uploading the image files gif , also jpg , JPEG

it works , forgot to vasftpd reload
