vsftp password upload wan ano download lan help?

Hello, i want to run vsftp in secure mode and have external clients upload files via sftp using password login, they will only be able to upload not download, i will be using port forwarding on firewall box.

Currently i have it so local users can do anon downloads and would like to keep this as well, but have local user who can login and upload delete files as well.

How best to setup vsftp to allow this if possible?

ok used this guide but i want uploader user to only be able to upload and not see content?

I want downloader user to have full rights?
