VNC Server/Remote Desktop - setuid to root

I have a dedicated server and followed the this link to install a VNC using GNOME

Link: http://www.linuxtechi.com/install-co...ntos-7-rhel-7/

When launching vnc viewer or any remote desktop application I get the following error

"Incorrect permissions on /usr/lib/polkit-l/polkit-agent-helper-l" (needs to be setuid root)

I see that my tmpfs file for my wheel account which I'm using for my VNC connection has nosuid as a part of its boot parameters. How can I remove nosuid and allow the connection to be made?
