VMWare Clients Not Receiving Server Requests?

I have a Windows XP client OS under VMWare, running IIS. The client is able to access the Internet, and receives IP data from external DHCP server.

The host OS can see the client's served pages, but other physical machines cannot.

I have disabled IPTables and SeLinux, so I know those are not an issue.

Do I need to configure VMWare to allow incoming connections to its clients? How do I go about doing this?

Derrr ... I fixed it ...

The solution was so stupid I'm not even going to mention it ...

... Ok, I'll mention it ...

It wasn't the Linux firewall or SeLinux ...

no ...

It was the client Windows Firewall. I could have sworn I'd disabled that thing!

I've only been working on this for a month now ... assuming it was a problem with VMWare ... Stupid.
