Virtualbox and phpvirtualbox problem !!!!

Hi guys,

I need some help... I'm trying to install virtualbox with phpvirtualbox on ubuntu server 14.04.3 LTS in order to manage the VMs via web interface. after the installation when I'm trying to open the phpvirtualbox using web browser and putting the username and the password I get this error..
Could not connect to host (http://127.0.0.1:18083/)
