Very Urgent

when i try to ssh into my server it shows
Sorry, SSH keys +Fedora 2 does not work
and all the way i try to get in failed.
telnet -l xxxxxx server
Trying server...
Connected to server.
Escape character is '^]'.
telnetd: All network ports in use.
Connection closed by foreign host.

any idea.
How can i get in without a restart??

Probably can't get in without a LiveCD or logging in at the server console.
