Uninstall GUI environment and make system back to minimal installation.

Hello,

I have install Oracle linux 7 on my server with minimal installation and only command line interface was there.

after sometime i have installed the GUI environment to install VNC server and then it's worked and i have completed my task.

now I want to remove the GUI interface from my server.

Here is my group list.

Code:
[root@MFS-ORA-DATAGUARD ~]# yum grouplist
Loaded plugins: langpacks, ulninfo
There is no installed groups file.
Maybe run: yum groups mark convert (see man yum)
Available Environment Groups:
   Minimal Install
   Infrastructure Server
   File and Print Server
   Basic Web Server
   Virtualization Host
   Server with GUI
Available Groups:
   Compatibility Libraries
   Console Internet Tools
   Development Tools
   Graphical Administration Tools
   Legacy UNIX Compatibility
   Scientific Support
   Security Tools
   Smart Card Support
   System Administration Tools
   System Management
Done
when I executed yum groupremove it's giving me below output. can anyone support me how to remove GUI environment from my server ?. Thank You.

Code:
[root@MFS-ORA-DATAGUARD ~]# yum groupremove "Server with GUI"
Loaded plugins: langpacks, ulninfo
There is no installed groups file.
Maybe run: yum groups mark convert (see man yum)
No group named Server with GUI exists
Maybe run: yum groups mark remove (see man yum)

This is wrong I believe. "Server with GUI" should be the window manager maybe. It also said there is not a group list. How did you install a gui?

http://superuser.com/questions/36200...nments-cleanly

I might simply consider a new clean command line install.
