Streaming TV from my ubuntu server 12.04

I am wondering if there is a way to stream antenna tv through my ubuntu server to all the network TVs in my house. I am running ubuntu 12.04? Haven't been able to find anyone else that has tried to do this. I sure I would have to buy a PCI tv turner, but beyond that what software would stream it on the network.

How are you going to get the signal the PCI tv tuner captures outputted to the television around your house? Are they all on a wireless or Ethernet network?
