strange postfix error?!

hi,

i'm running postfix, mysql & cyrus on a debian server. today i upgraded from sarge to etch. since then, mails are no longer being delivered, but there's a very strange error in the mail.log like 'conection lost 172.16.1.158 while receiving the initial server greetings'.
(172.16.1.158 is the server itself!)

any ideas?

thanks,

toby

ps: this is the exact error message:
"status=deferred (delivery temporarily suspended: lost connection with 172.16.1.158[172.16.1.158] while receiving the initial server greeting)"

Try to change debug (debug_peer_level) level to something higher on main.cf and post more erros here.
