Strange Mailman problem: .com E-mail accounts can not change their settings
I am getting an odd problem on a Mailman installation running on Red Hat Enterprise 4. As far as I can tell, any user account registered with a .com E-mail can not change their settings. All the .net, .org etc. accounts seem to work, but every .com account I have checked has problems.
An error 500 message is given when they try to change any of their settings, or even when clicking on their address from the list Roster. You can log into the settings control panel for the Listinfo page, but if you try to save any changes it gives an error. Everything else with the list works fine.
I can not find any indication of what is causing the problem in the logs, and because we don't run any really active lists I am not even sure how long it has been happening. I am hoping it can be fixed without a re-install.
