Squid proxy is not allowing HTTPS

This Configuration allow only Http

acl localnet src "IP"
acl SSL_ports port 443
http_access allow localnet
http_access allow localhost
http_access allow all

After some research i create certificate by using openSSL and tried to allow the HTTPS ,,, But i can't ,

Help me out to solve this problem,,,, & suggest me some idea to build my Squid Strong

There is no problem to solve. Squid does http ONLY...not https. There is a LOT of information available in the squid documentation on https. Start there.
