Cool SQUID - header/mime based acl

Hi Guys,
In our organization we are using squid-3.0 as a proxy server. As a proxy administrator I started to restrict the internet access to the end users. I have blocked chat, downloads, etc. But our users got tons of sites those are acting as tunneling my proxy server and my users are able to access blocked sites through that illegal sites.
Now what i like to do is header/mime based acl.
Is it possible to put acl based on header/mime reply? like blocking all kind of chatting with header/mime reply content?
If so, please let me know how to do so. or share any related link where i can find the docs.
I'm also trying to do myself. But if I got some help from experienced persons it will be helpful.

Thanks a lot...

Regards,
Hari.

Acl Type: req_mime_type
Usage acl aclname req_mime_type pattern

Description
Regular expression pattern matching on the request content-type header

Example
acl aclname req_mime_type text

This acl looks for the pattern "text" in request mime header
