Specify Kerberos Realm on Log In

I'm setting up Kerberos authentication on RHEL 5.2, using multiple realms in /etc/krb5.conf. The way I understand it, when a user attempts to log in, kerberos will attempt to authenticate with the default realm then each remaining realm.

This would be ok, except that we may have duplicate user names across the realms. What I'd like to know is if it is possible for the user to specify their realm at the login prompt.

I've tried user@REALM at the login prompt, and in the spirit of winlogon, I've also tried REALM\user, but neither seem to work.

Any help to get pointed in the right direction would be appreciated!
