spamcop reporing asa spm

i have configured my centos5.2 server as asmarthost with sendmail 8.13 .
It was working fine. but recipient is not receiving mails. wnen i look the log file tail -f /var/log/maillog i am receiving the following log

the spam cop is blocking all user's mail

please give solution

I am no mail guru, but host 216.157.145.26 (the IP address you may have forgotten to munge)
resolves to
26.145.157.216.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer mail6.hsphere.cc.

and dig mx hsphere.cc

gives

;; QUESTION SECTION:
;hsphere.cc. IN MX

;; ANSWER SECTION:
hsphere.cc. 86400 IN MX 10 mail.vortechhosting.com.

You will have to redirect all your outgoing mails through that smarthost.
