smtp server

Hi all,

i have installed postfix dovecot on centos 6.4.

i want to send alerts through a user from this server for apache service .

can any one please help

i.e my smtp is trying to send mail as below root@mydomain.com but i want to send it by user user@mydomain.com

You should not be running apache as root.

service is running by apache.

but i want to sent the mail from a different user
