[SOLVED] smartctl error

Hello gurus,
thanks for helping with this issue I am having.

When I run this command

# smartctl -H /dev/sda

I this error code

Smartctl open device: /dev/sda failed: DELL or MegaRaid controller, please try adding '-d megaraid,N'

I will appreciate any help in solving this issue.

Well, did you try adding '-d megaraid,N'?
