sendmail question

I have a problematic server which has problem sending emails and has a queue of mails that needs to be sent out.
I deployed another system which can send out emails without any issues. How can I migrate the queue'd up email files from problematic server to the new one? would copying over /var/spool/mqueue contents to the new one would work?
Please let me know. Thanks a bunch!

Yes, all you need to do is just copy everything from /var/spool/clientmqueue and /var/spool/mqueue then restart sendmail on the destination server
