segment the internet speed for subnets

hello.
i have 100 mo internet speed which come from my modem to my router cisco 2814 ;this router is connected to a switch1 2960 catalyst.
there are 3 linux gateway servers which are connected to the switch1.
i want to segment my internet speed(100 mo) into those 03 gateway-servers knowning that each gateway-server is related to one subnet.
how can i segment my internet speed into those 3 gateway-servers .
for example:
20 mo for subnet1 through gw-server1
30 mo for subnet2 through gw-server2.
50 mo for subnet3 through gw-server3.

why would you want to do that?? you've bought that bandwidth and you want to prevent it being used effectively? I think you quite possibly would be much better off looking at queueing methods to ensure priority to certain networks, and bursting features to allow better use of what you've paid for... http://lartc.org/howto/lartc.qdisc.html Mind you, you can tie down the configuration of the queueing to do what you've asked, but I'd urge to to read about better ways to control the bandwidth.
