sarg, webmin, var www

I have sarg installed but cannot view the web reports
My web server is running as I have a file in /var/www/html/index.html and that prints hello but when I go to http://mysite/sarg nothing happens.
Do I need to copy the /var/www/sarg folder to html?

Also, what is webmin and will it help in controlling web access?

What does 'nothing happens' mean? You got a blank page, 403 error or anything else? Did you look at the Apache error log?
Post your configuration for sarg (it may included in the httpd.conf or separated file in /etc/httpd/conf.d).

Yes, If I am not mistaken you do. I don't use CentOS myself, but my hosting provider does and things need to be under the html folder there.
