samba gives R/W to creator Read Only to others

I have setup a file server on a Ubuntu machine and configured Samba.
It's quite a simple setup with 2 groups and about 40 users with 2 shared folders.
All I need to do is to give each user full create/read/write permissions in the appropriate shares.
The problem seems to be that new files or folders created by a user are only R/W by the creator and other users are only allowed Read access.
Each time I have to do a sudo chmod -R 755 "folder name" in order to give R/W access to all the other users to these files.
What can I do to solve this?
Many thx

solved

I have set permissions of newly created documents files edit at /ect/samba/smb.conf and in the [global] section by adding below command line

create mask = 077
directory mark = 077

This seems to have cured the problem for me.
