Smile Rolling vs LTS for an NAS?

Here, I need to host my mirrors for my favourite Linux and BSD systems and establish my own repo of sources rpm for my brand new Linux and BSD systems.
Now I need to choose a system as my server for an NAS, and I proudly prefer rolling distro like TW GNU/Linux-libre (with kernel Libre replacing generic kernel), Parabola, Kali GNU/Linux-libre, Mint+Qubes+Subgraph+testing GNU/Linux-libre, Devuan testing GNU/Linux-libre, which I think EVERY servers are needed to be kept secured under cutting edge security, and this is why Arch is popular as a server.
But also a number of people think a server is needed to be balanced between security and stability, which they need Debian stable, Ubuntu LTS, CentOS, FreeBSD, FreeNAS to be their own server, but why?

Personal repos ?. Who cares if they go away for a while. Blame the internet.
My backup server runs Arch. Same comment applies.

My router/firewall is also Arch - that one is a bit more critical, but if it's broke it gets fixed. Only seems to happen when I fiddle with iptables, not when I run pacman.
