i heard a professional technician claims that
supermicro outsource the servers for Dell company
is this true?

Supermicro has done a lot of OEM work, and I'd be suprised if supermicro hadnt worked with dell off and on.

Dell might outsource some development work and buy bare boards from supermicro (I have no idea if they actually buy bare boards from supermirco, but I'd guess they do and/or have). How different is that from HP, Dell, Apple, etc. buying motherboards and other parts from Asus, ECS, Liteon, etc.?
