RedHat 6.6 and DB2 LUW 10.5 disapearing files(db2profile and db2nodes.cfg)

There isn't ANYTHING we can tell you, based on what you posted. All you've told us is you're using RHEL 6.6 and DB2. You've given us no log files, hints about what you've looked at/done, what kind of hardware, storage mechanism, number of users, what programs/processes are using this database, etc. For all we know, someone at your company is deleting the files, or you have some bug you haven't patched. We can't even GUESS.

Since you're using both RHEL and DB2, and both of them are commercial, PAY FOR products, you're also paying for support from both RHEL and IBM. You should contact either/both of them, and they can assist.
