Unhappy Puppet: [warn] module passenger_module is already loaded, skipping

Hi Good Day,

I'm a newbie at setting up and fixing puppet. I had a puppet master with puppet-dashboard. I just recently installed and configured puppet-dashboard. When I start service httpd restart I got this error message:

Starting httpd: [Sun Dec 07 05:20:24 2014] [warn] module passenger_module is already loaded, skipping

I searched and looked through google for possible answers and came up with non.
Can you guys help me.. any information would be welcome.

Thanks!
DON
