Problem with Yum Cleanup

We did yum update and the OS got updated from CentOS 5.0 to 5.2.

But during "cleanup" , the user pressed Control-C and this process got terminated. What could be the implication of this on the system ?

Also is there any way to complete this operation ?

regards

Usually with yum you can just re-run the command and you should be fine. Try that first and see how it looks
