problem with rsh

I am using redhat enterprise 6.

There are two servers, serv-0 serv-1. rsh has been installed in both machnes.

While in serv-0, if I type "rsh serv-1" it connects. similarly ssh works too.

Now from serv-1 if I type "rsh serv-0" it says "no route to host", whereas ssh works.

What could be the possible source of the problem?

Thanks for helping.

If ssh works, use that; its a really bad idea to use rsh anyway http://www.informit.com/articles/art...p=169465&rll=1

If you insist on rsh, I'd definitely check that rsh server is running on serv-0 and check the firewalls on both systems (and any intermediate systems)
