I have tried and tired to fix this issue but can never seem to hit the mark and find how to resolve this issue once and for all.

the IP you are seeing in the log above is my Intranet NAT IP which controls access to the Internet.

Can you tell me what I am missing so I can resolve this issue?

Thank you very much

Best Regards

To fix this you need to add a reverse DNS record for the 172.17.196.120 IP:
Code:
[root@secure3 ~]# nslookup 172.17.196.120
Server: 8.8.4.4
Address: 8.8.4.4#53

** server can't find 120.196.17.172.in-addr.arpa.: NXDOMAIN
You will need to ask your ISP to set the reverse DNS record

java socket

you can add the subnet of your Intranet to the configuration files of your postfix.
