Plesk 9.5 / Thawte SSL123 Cert

I have a client who had to have plesk and happened to get an SSL123 Cert from Thawte. Both of us have tried to make this cert work. We have followed the guides from Plesk and Thawte. Of course no luck...

All we get from Thawte is a single cert, not a 'keypair' like I have always worked with in the past. The info matches and I can't recall what errors we get. I just moved and I am not setup with my previous environment so if needed I will dig up the error.

If anyone has used this cert on Plesk I would appreciate any help!

Thanks
