Openoffice Calc to PostgresSQL

Dear all,
I have some data entries to openoffice in calc (quite a lot) and I want to import them in PostgresSQL.

I was thinking if there is any tool that can do something like that

Take from (calc) column number 1 and dump it to matrix.X.column.name=column1

take column 2+3 do summation, convert them to string and dump to them to the x,y matrix column of the database.

How should I try to do that?

I found a couple of links that indicate that, if you save the data as *.csv, you could then import it into postgres. I just looking LibreOffice, and the *.csv option is under "Save as," not under "Export."

I have no way of testing this.
