Number of events in last 15 minutes


Dear Viewers,

Assuming following format of accessLog. I need to write a script to give number of ready events in last 15 mins.

10.183.253.51 - - [18/Mar/2013:22:55:00 -0700] GET /adserver/ready HTTP/1.1 200 1 0
10.183.253.51 - - [18/Mar/2013:22:55:00 -0700] POST /adserver/getOpenRTBSmaatoInfo HTTP/1.1 204 - 1

Can anyone help me with that? How can I get last 15 minute difference
