Iam using VMware virtual server. Using Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.4 (Maipo) Operating system.

We are using NTP pool.

As with many of your other posts, you failed to provide information, despite being asked previously in other threads to read the "Question Guidelines" link. Also, posting back within an hour, just to bump your own thread doesn't make people want to respond to you any faster. If you need 'urgent' help with Red Hat Enterprise 7...then I suggest you CALL RED HAT and use the support you're paying for (RIGHT?? You are PAYING FOR RHEL????)
If you're not paying for RHEL, chances are you are missing patches/bugfixes/updates that may help with this issue. You say nothing about your VMWare either...is IT patched/up to date/paid for? Check the hardware clock on the host? Check the logs? Have you done ANY diagnostics as of yet, other than posting the general error??
