Does this problem occurs on machines with LDAP connection or without LDAP connection?

This issue has been reported as Kernel bug for RHEL.
In most cases updating kernel has solved the issue.
Check your kernel version. It should be updated.

well again Thx !!

just now I checked my kernel details on all servers where I am facing "NSCD" issue.

cat /etc/redhat-release
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.8 (Tikanga)
uname -a
Linux <server name> 2.6.18-308.1.1.el5 #1 SMP Fri Feb 17 16:47:13 EST 2012 i686 athlon i386 GNU/Linux

I will update the latest kernel and reply you once done in between if any one found other than this solution please let me know....
