Nginx/Lighthttpd global alias?

Apache allows global alias by simply adding
Alias /phpmyadmin "/home/phpmyadmin"
Options Indexes FollowSymLinks MultiViews
AllowOverride All
Order allow,deny
allow from all
Then with any domain.com/phpmyadmin,phpmyadmin will be loaded.
How do i do that with nginx and lighthttpd?
