i have a fiber link going into my switch hence my server is on the LAN, have spammassasin installed, mailscanner installed but still my users if there send emails it goes into the spam folder or junk, if users sedn to gmail it bounces back. receiving is okay. please assist
What have you done to try and identify / troubleshoot the problem already?
What is showing on the bounce notifications?
Does your mail log show the messages actually being delivered outbound and then rejected?
Have you checked your servers IP address against known blacklists?
