My email account cannot receive email sometimes.


my email account sometimes can not receive email.
Whenever i cannot receive email, I can find "
Code:
dovecot connection closed bytes=147/379
" in /var/log/maillog. However, other email account works normally. What is problem with this? Please help me to solve this problem. Thank you.
