Post Modern Linux Administration

Hello,
What tools should a modern Linux administrator be familiar with? For example, Kubernetes, Puppet, Podman and etc.
I would be grateful if those who work in ISPs, data centers, etc. comment.

Thank you.

You seem to be asking a LOT of questions that are either open ended and vague (like this one) or seemingly homework. This seems to be a pattern:

https://www.linuxquestions.org/quest...rt-4175728101/

As soon as you can accurately define what a "modern Linux administrator" is, we'll be able to tell you. Since every company has a different environment, tools in place, etc., there is no set answer. This is like asking "how high is up?". Is there some point to such open-ended questions???

A Modern Linux Administrator is a: "Human Being"

With that said I have never seen a Linux System Administrator who knows everything and doesn't need a team.

So, Modern Linux Administrator is a human being who knows his or her strength and also things that is beyond his/her capability, and also knows how to reach out and ask other peoples help.

Your skills and knowledge may land you a job that you dream of, but living and staying on that reality of your dream job, will ultimately depends on how you get along with your team and colleagues.

ISPs, DataCenter or whatever organization will always require different skills.

I second what JJJCR said. Different types of environments require different skill-sets. Managing, say, a web hosting system is not the same thing as managing a thin-client network for a business.

You might it worthwhile to try a web search for linux administrator tutorials.

again, what is the goal of this (these) questions?
What is a modern linux admin? Am I a modern linux admin? Am I a linux admin at all? I work in a group (team), the members basically do the same thing, and we all have different skills, experience and knowledge. Which of us is considered a modern Linux administrator?

From the previous contributions of the OP I take that she/he is less interested in content than interaction.
