Mail client on a server

I everybody!

I have 2 computer.

One is my server (fedora Core 7) and one is my Workstation (Windows XP / SUSE 10.2)

On my Workstation when I'Mm on SUSE I use Ximian Evolution to get and send email.

When I'm on Windows I use Outlook Express to get and send email.

What I would like is to get/send and store my mail on my server.

My email client couls be configured to my server.

An exemple: I want to do like Microsoft Exchance.

What Linux software do I need to do this?

On the server, you would need a mail server (e.g. sendmail, postfix, exim, ...) and an imap server (e.g. uw-imap, dovecot, courier-imap, cyrus-imap, ...).
