Hi,

Check here or here to see if the mailserver you're using is blacklisted.
Also make sure that the IP of the mailserver can be resolved

i cross check both sites my ip address is not blacklisted

Hi,

Does this happen with every mail you're trying to send, or only with this particular mail server?
Do you get any additional info after the "550 Access Denied"?
What's in the logs of your mail server when you message is rejected?

hi its happening to specific domain but to yahoo,gmail and hotmail theres no problem if i try to send from my side am geting

550 4.4.7 QUEUE.Expired; message expired ##

Huh? Did a search for this particular error message and it looks like it's an Exchange error!!! Usual reasons are bad dns settings.
If you are you running a M$ Exchange Server take a look at this thread and if it doesn't solve your problem, post it to their forums.
