Linux Time Drift


Hello,

I have installed Linux ES 4 on HP Proliant Server DL 380.
Later noticed time is driffting very fast, every minute my server time is getting faster 10 Secs. Even NTP also not helping. Instlled some pathces suggested by HP.

Tue Aug 18 18:03:39 SGT 2009---Local system time
Tue Aug 18 17:27:25 SST 2009---Remote system time

Tue Aug 18 18:04:39 SGT 2009---Local system time
Tue Aug 18 17:28:14 SST 2009---Remote system time

Tue Aug 18 18:05:39 SGT 2009---Local system time
Tue Aug 18 17:29:04 SST 2009---Remote system time

Tue Aug 18 18:06:39 SGT 2009---Local system time
Tue Aug 18 17:29:54 SST 2009---Remote system time

Can you post the output of
Code:
ntpq -p
to check if your ntp is connecting to other servers correctly?
