Ldap opensuse


i've set up ldap on opensue 10.2

i want to know whats the command to start ldap from terminal.............


rclap start does not work

I have not tried LDAP setup in Opensuse. But you can try as per the following link,

Thanks for that ..........i have tried in centos but doesnt work the deal

you can see ma previous posts thats why i had to change it to opensuse...:

Do you want to setup OpenLDAP server in CentOS? If you feel installation is pretty tuff, you can approach the Java based LDAP servers like OpenDJ, OpenDS etc.. They are easy to install and setup in CentOS/RHEL Servers
