LDAP Address Book - Show all contacts

I have got the LDAP server up and running (it works in all E-mail programs such as Thunderbird, Evolution, Outlook, and Outlook Express). Everything is working the way it needs to be except one minor detail - When any Email program first looks into the LDAP server it returns 0 contacts. I have search with a space bar for it to show anything (and Outlook is the biggest problem with this, since I have to go through multiple steps just to see what contacts are on the server every time I start Outlook).

So, the question is: How can I make the server (or perhaps client) to show all the contacts automatically without searching for them?

Thanks for the help!
