I plan buy a virtual dedicated Server FROM GODADDY.COM, Linux CentOS... well, it will very help if: I download CentOS (Server edition to download or desktop?) and create live CDROM and live usb stick (can do this after boot from cdrom centOS latest and create?) and very much Practice with it?

I doubt it will. If it's a virtual machine then you wouldn't need anything physical to install it with, just use an iso file presented to the vm as a virtual dvd drive.

I mean to Practice in VDServer is good, first practice in my desktop - boot centOS - ...? Exist both CentOS server and CentOS desktop?
