Isuue with vfs object in samba 3.4.5


Hi All,

I have installed samba 3.4.5 in fedora 11.
I am trying to log user activity using VFS object but samba server gives error in smbd.log saying that vfs object is unrecognised.
Do i need to install vfs or is there any conf that needs to be done before using it with samba.
Please help me.... as i am not able to find any help online

There is also this, but it looks quite old, so don't just copy it without checking first. They use
vfs object = /usr/lib/samba/vfs/audit.so
for the directory config.
